Location: Salt Lake Running Company Sugar House (2400 South 700 East)
Time: 8:00 am
Distance: 8-10 miles
Notes: For this week’s workout, the marathon training plan calls for 8-10 miles. Even though the main purpose of this workout is to keep people on schedule to run either the Salt Lake City full or half Marathon on April 17th, it is open to everyone. As a result, regardless of what you are training for, this group run is open to runners of all abilities with options to run shorter distances. Also, regardless of the weather, they will be hosting this group run.
